Hi and a happy spooky season to you all!

Just a quick journal entry to let you know I'm still alive and well.  My monster making hobby has taken off to some extent and I'm finding myself very busy with custom commissions and preparing for my first ever craft fair this December.  This, mixed with my day job and my social calendar (I actually have one now!), my life is pretty full, leaving little time for anything else.  Really.  I've have Lord of the Rings Lego sitting there waiting for me to play since my birthday in early September!

So how're you?

Because of Socks & Monsters, my free time has been completely eaten up and I don't have much time for anything else at the moment so commissions are now closed while I concentrate on my new and exciting venture.

Just a quick note to plug my other dA account which I use for my crafting projects This is where I'm doing most of my uploads these days by way of original plush monsters of my own design.  Also, I'm planning to open a store on Etsy.com to sell my monster creations in the not so distant future if any of you are keen on anything you see.

And in other news...

I'm still taking art commissions, although I may not be able to take on any big projects for the time being as most of my time is being taken up with my monsters, and an upcoming art commission I agreed to a few months back, scheduled to begin some time next month.  Anyway, if you fancy hiring me to draw you something, it won't hurt to ask.  I'll probably do it.

Yup they are! Get 'em while they're hot.

Also, I've a couple of original character fan arts I'll be starting soon but I'm not saying what they'll be.  I don't want to spoil the surprise.
